Workplan
The ELECTRA work plan illustrated in Pert chart below is structured to support the WP5 (Demonstration, optimisation and monitoring campaign), targeting to 1 MWe scale (TRL7) technology demonstration (T5.1, T5.4 and partially T5.2), virtual demonstrations of electrified and hybrid industrial scale plants (T5.2), and plant optimisation and grid services for 1 MWe demonstration and for full scale industrial plants (T5.3).
Work is underpinned by concept evaluations (WP2), extensive technology development (WP3-4), impact assessments & upscaling (WP6) and wide exploitation & deployment activities (WP7).
Project management (WP1) and innovation, communication & dissemination actions (WP8) support project execution throughout its duration.
